Materials:

1. Watercolor brush
2. Watercolor paint (yellow, orange)
3. Acrylic paint (black)
4. Colored pencils (red, orange, pink)
5. 6H pencil
6. A creative mind

Do not be afraid of using multiple different types of mediums on a piece. I even used white chalk as the last step, but later decided to take it off. I would have never thought using acrylic and watercolor together, not to mention colored pencils and acrylic paint on the same piece. The effect of watercolor and colored pencils actually give a very appealing result for the moon.
